MATH: Measurement: Visit the Measurement Blog and share strategies on how to solve the math challenge (2 or more entries of your own ideas plus reply to another students comment to extend their thinking or ask question for clarification)

LANGUAGE: Canadian War Hero mini biography project uploaded to timetoast.com. Please, publish your project then copy/paste the link and embed code into your google doc.  Click "Turn In". I look forward to learning more about the was heroes you have all been proudly researching.

The "ONE": make a recommendation for a role model that we would honour as a class by creating a collage in padlet

LANGUAGE: in-class ONLY, students are working collaboratively in groups to read a text, complete a graphic organizer and co-write a summary paragraph

Action Plan (PSA): Students received oral peer feedback on their group PSA first cut projects. Students will be designing a poster to accompany their PSA footage. Video editing and poster design will be our in-class focus for the next few weeks.

Global Read Aloud: we will be focussing on developing character traits on the main characters from the book in preparation for a Book Trailer / Poster project coming soon.
Don't forget to include your final reflections on the book in FIAT Kidblog.

Winter Concert (December 10th): bucket percussion, broom percussion, stepping, and any other ideas? 
Steppers: Remember to start off on the same foot for visual effects. 
Drummers: Tempo, rhythm ... practice slowly then we will pick up the tempo. 
Broom: percussion practice your group and team routines.
