Good day parent(s), guardian(s) and students... We have had a great start to the school year and I can't believe it is already mid-November. I have requested to meet with a few families to touch base focussing on student progress. If I have not requested to meet with you but you would like to connect; please indicate in your child's agenda what works best for you any day this week or next week between 4:00 - 5:00pm in Room 308.  NOTE: progress reports will not be sent home until December.

MATH: Geometry: identifying congruent and similar figures based on corresponding sides and angles

Action Plan (PSA): Action plan (this should be realistic for you to follow through on) on the a local/gobal issue that concerns you, how might you begin to help solve this issue.

**Pick up your partner assignment in Google Classroom.

**Create a folder in Google Drive and share it with your partner to collect images for your PSA

All planning must be completed in preparation for the iMovie workshop on Tuesday November 24th.

LANGUAGE: continue research on a Canadian War Hero and organize in the Docs found in Google Classroom. This is a short project but will be displayed in Timetoast.com and presented to the class on Friday November 20th. NOTE: class time will be provided to work on this task, but some home time may be needed to bump up ideas

DANCE: complete the Dance Reflection sheet focussing on the planning, preparation and performance during the Remembrance Day ceremony PAST DUE

Global Read Aloud: HURRAY... we have completed the book Fish in a Tree by Lynda Mullaly Hunt.  Next we will be focussing on developing character traits on the main characters from the book in preparation for a Book Trailer / Poster project coming soon.
