HEALTH: Students have been assigned to small groups to research a focus area in Healthy Eating.  Follow the "Big Idea" and generate 2-3 inquiry questions to research on the topic. This week, students will be provided a copy of their online work to them independently design an informative poster. (The poster will be presented to the class later in the week)

POETRY: Animal Journey: PAST DUE

SOCIAL STUDIES:  Canadian Communities Wiki class-time and some at-home time to begin researching information to answer inquiry questions students generated

SCIENCE: Electricity Wiki Students will receive feedback over the next few days to bump up summary that will be used for an informational group video  

MATH: NSN: today students reviewed traditional algorithms for addition and subtraction of whole numbers; and explored new strategies in-class
coming up this week looking at strategies for multiplication and division
Data Management: Bowling Project next week we learn about generating graphs using spreadsheet
