Congratulations!!!  You have successfully completed your first week in school!!  I look forward to working with all of you next week and throughout the school year!  Thank you to students/parents who have brought in the necessary school forms and learning materials  :o)

 WRITING: Students completed on online survey today focussing on our attitudes towards ourselves as a writer.  This information will help to inform me on how to best program for students within the class and as individuals.


Class Community: Students have been asked to bring in one or two objects and their favourite book to share during the assigned time.  This activity "What's in the Sack" inspired by Shel Silverstein will continue to build our classroom community.  Please review the task/handout in order to be prepared for your sharing next week.

MATH:  
PAST DUE: "Math is Everywhere".  Complete the Entrance Pass sheet and place it in the Entrance Bin located on the shelf by the class door 


The ARTS: For your reference, please visit the Colour Terminology Prezi.  Class time will be provided next week to complete the Colour Package   :o)

Google Drive: Sign in to your google drive using aw.tdsb.on.ca and your signin information.  Locate your google classroom assignment.  Time will be provided in class to work on the assignment, but some home time will be needed as well.  Due Friday September 18th "Turn In"

Avatar: login to Voki and create an Avatar that best resembles you.  I know we can all be very creative while navigating thru the many features within the site but let's aim for a completed Avatar by Monday September 14th.
